Leo is entering his 5th year as a hitting instructor with AllStars. After a storied career (All Conference, All Area, All State and NYS Player of the Week Honors) at Columbia High School, he continued playing collegiately first at Monmouth and finally at the State University at Albany. At Albany he was an All Conference outfielder and an integral part of their success during the NCAA Regional Tournament run. In 2009, Leo was named the America East Tournament MVP. Leo’s success on the diamond continued in the Albany Twilight League when he was named Rookie of the Year after winning the batting title. He went on to be named to 4 All Star teams.
I have been training and teaching at All Stars Academy for several years now and have seen firsthand how Mike’s hitting and pitching
programs improve a player’s performance. It is important to train and work on specific skills in the game of baseball, but more important to bring these skills into a game situation. Mike’s programs train you to be a better player and then test your skills in a game situation. This in my opinion is the only
way to become a better player.
